Dental Executive Trainee Program

The Dental Executive Trainee Program is a leadership development initiative designed to groom motivated individuals for key roles in clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain workspaces for dental procedures
• Assist Dental Surgeons during treatments
• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
• Attend to patients courteously and promptly
• Maintain and check clinic equipment and instruments
• Uphold high standards of infection control
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Manager

Qualifications & Skills

• A Degree in any field
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Able to work on weekends / Public Holidays, work 6 days per week
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• No experience is needed, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Willing to attend the training or meeting abroad if required
